Website maintenance refers to on-going changes to a site once it is published on the Internet. As things change in your organization, your website must be updated to reflect the changes. There is nothing more harmful to your credibility than having out-of-date information on the Internet for all the world to see. Maintenance must be planned for in the early stages of your project. You should appoint someone in your organization to have the responsibility of checking the site regularly, and arranging for updates to be done as necessary.

The right maintenance option for you will depend on what needs to change and how often. Just pick your plan, sign our contract and pay via check or credit card and your site will be kept up-to-date.
We offer this service as a convenience for our customer's, however, it's optional and you are under no obligation to have us manage your on-going website changes.

Bronze Package $70.00/month ($35.00/hour) Up to 2 hours a month

Diamond Package

New Referral Program - Giving Back to Our Customers
Many of our customers come to us through "word of mouth" business. We've decided that it is important to give back to our customers that bring us new client's so we created a new referral program. Refer a customer to us and if we design their website and publish it, you get 3 months FREE maintenance*. This of course gives our existing customers the potential to have FREE website maintenance year round.
Emergency Back-up of your website
If you decide to work with someone other than Jill Duffy Designs to maintain your website and something goes wrong we do keep a back-up of all of the work we design. We charge $125.00 to upload your original site back on your server.
*Additional time spent will be billed at the rate of $40.00 per hour. Time not used during billing period is non-transferable. Updates are defined as edits to existing text on current pages, and graphics substitutions on current pages. Creation of additional pages, new graphics, or changes to existing graphics are billed at $75 per hour.
